fees, a confirmation letter detailing all session/s reserved and
payments made, will be forwarded.

Cancellations and Refunds:
Any amendments and/or refunds must be notified in writing to the
Conference Administrators.
Cancellations received in writing before 23 October 2009 will
receive a full refund, less an administrative fee of $50.00.
Cancellations received after 23 October 2009 will not receive a
refund, but substitute delegates are welcome without penalty.
